What players can see
Your own data, in full. Nothing about a teammate.
- Every answer you have given, on every check-in.
- Your private 7-day, 28-day, and season trends, including sleep, readiness, hydration routine, and fueling routine.
- Your own daily goals, whether or not you chose to share them.
- Your own bottle size, reminder settings, and profile details.
- The team schedule, day types, and all educational resources.
What coaches can see
Team-level patterns and supportive status language — never raw diary content, never a score, never a ranking.
- Whether you have checked in today, and when you last checked in.
- Readiness status by category (sleep, fatigue, soreness, mood, personal stress, school stress) compared to your own usual range — shown as Within usual range, Monitor, or Follow-up recommended.
- Fueling shown only as routine completed, pre-training fuel completed, or post-training recovery completed.
- Hydration shown only as routine completed, in progress, not completed, or prefer not to answer.
- A daily goal only if you turned on “Share with staff” for that goal.
- Whether you have an open support request, and which staff role it went to.
- Anonymized team-level aggregates on the Team Today and Trends screens.
What performance staff can see
Athletic trainers, strength coaches, and nutrition professionals see the same status-level information as coaches, limited to what is routed to their role.
- Support requests routed specifically to their role, with the message you wrote.
- Pain or injury concerns route to the athletic trainer. Fatigue, soreness, and training recovery route to the strength coach. Fueling, hydration, and recovery nutrition route to the nutrition professional.
- School-stress concerns only reach academic support if you choose that destination yourself.
- Staff notes, limited by the visibility setting the author chose (coach, admin, or author only). Notes are never visible to players.
- Every staff note read or write, and every view of an individual athlete screen, is recorded in an internal audit log.
