Welcome to RosterReadiness. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RosterReadiness platform, operated for college and university athletic programs. By creating an account or subscribing to RosterReadiness, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
RosterReadiness provides a subscription-based athlete wellness and readiness check-in platform for athletic programs, including daily check-ins, coach and staff dashboards, team trend reporting, and related communication tools.
2. Accounts and Access
Accounts are provisioned by program administrators (coaches or staff). Each athletic program license covers unlimited athletes and staff for that program, as described on our pricing page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Subscriptions are billed annually or every six months, as selected at signup, through our payment processor, Paddle. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use RosterReadiness to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to access other programs’ data, or reverse-engineer the platform. Athlete-submitted data must be used only for its intended purpose of supporting athlete wellness and team communication.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of RosterReadiness is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what athlete data is collected, how it’s used, and the privacy protections in place (including that individual athlete responses are never shown to staff — only aggregate, status-level information).
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
RosterReadiness is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterReadiness and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. RosterReadiness is a wellness communication tool and is not a substitute for professional medical or athletic training advice.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
